This hotel has very friendly and helpful staff, is very clean, location walkable to everything, and quieter than some. I’ve stayed a few times now and find the service reliably good.

The room was nice and clean. Everything looks new and stylish. The bed were clean and comfortable. The washroom were large and clean. Although, it can feel a bit chilly and the ceiling rain shower is a miss. It feels like a water jet from the ceiling. Just use the regular shower head instead. Staff were helpful and friendly. The location is convenient for downtown.

Bed was really comfortable and room was really nice I had a couple of Americano coffees which were great my husband was disappointed that ygey had no caramel for his caramel latte
