Good: The Brutalist Interior Design was captivating-- the resturant and lobby staff were beyond kind and remembered small preferences of my spouse and myself-- while still attending to the hundred other Rotarians in the hotel that spoke at least 12 other languages.

Walking in I was greeted with kindness and respect! Albert was working the front desk and did all he could to make sure I received the best possible outcome to help my stay be relaxed. I want to give big thank you to Albert. Fantastic work 😁

Good: Location, free bus in to town, the hot pools, the bartenders and other staff. Bad: No bottled water in room, had to ask for tea and coffee at reception throughout the week even though we were given enough for one day upon check in. Whilst they said it would be replenished every day like a normal hotel it wasn't. When making up the room only one bed was made the other wasn't, never experienced that before. No mini bar. No information in room about facilities and opening or closing times of anything. Had to find out restaurant was closed between 12pm and 2pm only when I went down for lunch (odd time to be closed). None of the bathroom items you'd expect from a high end hotel which is VERY expensive. Felt like I was in a budget hotel, which in my experience actually provides all the basics I mentioned above.
