As the former headquarters of a Calgary energy corporation, the soul of our building evokes the energy of Calgary’s wild west roots, and our name is an homage to being the first Tapestry Collection hotel in Western Canada.
Our building was constructed to house corporate offices during Calgary’s big boom in the 1970s, and we keep that legacy intact by being as wild as we are proper.
High standards in customer service, amenities, and furnishings make up our DNA, but we lean into the unconventional to keep things in check. That’s why what you see isn’t always all that you get. From the outside we look business, but step inside and we’re casual. No doubt we love our Stampede, but we’re also into contemporary art. Sure, we carry briefcases, but there’s a backpack on standby.
We’re beyond what you’d expect. We’re for doers and dreamers. And we infuse that personality into every part of The Westley.
