What an absolute gem in the heart of downtown Calgary. From the moment we were greeted by the staff at front desk in their ridiculously fun Xmas sweaters, to every interaction, the stay was absolutely perfect. The rooms are well appointed and very modern, and everything in the hotel beautifully decorated. The waterbottle and refilling station on every floor were a nice touch. The beds and pillows were also wonderful and provided a lovely sleep, while the shower helped wake up in the morning. I would definitely stay here again.

Good: Nice room and gym. Good location Bad: First luxury hotel out of many I have stayed in Calgary that doesnt provide humidifiers. Calgary is very dry in the winter. Sleeping without a humidifer in the winter is difficult. This is a luxury hotel. Seriously?

Super nice hotel, clean and the staff were great to deal with. It was nice to have the option to stay in your hotel with dinning and have some drinks or walking distance to alot of shopping and more. I would stay again, and recommend anyone to stay at this hotle. 5 star forsure.
