Lovely stay and would’ve been 5 stars but was a bit off put by Crystal at the check out. We tried calling twice for some more tissue and laundry bags but no one picked up so when we went down to front desk we asked Crystal for some but she looked so appalled by our ask and was weirdly condescending . She said no to the tissues so we asked if we can take a few tissues on the counter and she’s like “uh… sure...”. Other than that interaction the room itself it’s quite nice and each rooms even have SMEG! Other staff were kind too.

Excellent downtown Calgary boutique hotel. Staff so Professional. Andre at check in and Danica at checkout....both so pleasant. Great gym .... very well maintained since we started coming here when it opened.

Wow, what a beautiful hotel. The staff is awesome, fantastic exercise room, walking distance to everything. Shower was incredible, and the bed was so comfortable. We will definitely stay here again, so convenient.
