Good: The room was beautiful and unique. It was close to my conference location and a very short walk from the Bow river. The staff were great. They were helpful and accommodating. I would stay here again. Bad: Would be nice if price was a bit lower.

Beautiful rooms and very accommodating hotel staff. This hotel feels luxurious but calm at the same time. Definitely recommend anyone visiting Calgary to stay here.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel. The decore is lovely and we really liked the restaurant. The access to the river was fantastic. While we found all aspects great, for the price point we felt that some areas could be improved: the toilet paper, attentiveness of staff (eg no door person) and having paid $75 for the pet stay other hotels offer bed, food dishes and even treats for that price. None of these items were terrible but the fairmont is at the same price point and definitely out competes this hotel. If the price were $50-$75 lower or if the similar price point hotels are not sold out definitely will stay again.

The hotel is great! The location is good if you want to have a nice experience in Down Town Calgary. The parking garage was full and I had to use the thid party parking lot and pay some extra dollars.
