GREAT hotel! Would highly recommend for location if walking around downtown a lot!! From the moment we arrived at the hotel, the reception staff were extremely friendly and helpful. One of our suitcases got lost in transit. Reception staff were very accommodating in assisting us with phone calls direct to Amsterdam baggage reclaim. This ensured our suitcase's safe speedy arrival at the hotel before we continued to colder climates in Banff! The Bar and Restaurant staff were very attentive. And the food was tremendous. The hotel had nice décor and ambience. The reception area also had a good stock of high quality snacks. The popcorn was to die for! Our room was extremely spacious and warm and the housekeeping very helpful! Cannot recommend this hotel highly enough. Thank you and MERRY CHRISTMAS to your team!

We were really impressed with the hotel. The room was beautiful, comfy beds, and quiet. Had minimal interaction with staff but they were nice. I was able to find street parking which was great considering the price of parking. It’s expensive but I know most other hotels charge around the same. Would definitely stay here again.
