Stayed three nights,rooms were great,and very clean.Location was close to the city centre. Had a room at the front,music from below rather loud,and kept going until 10pm. Breakfast was nice,staff friendly and attentive. A couple of small points regarding the Breakfast, When I chose the orange as an option,I was told it was a packet drink. Secondly marmalade was not available.

Bed was really comfortable and room was really nice I had a couple of Americano coffees which were great my husband was disappointed that ygey had no caramel for his caramel latte

We were offered a suite upgrade upon arrival and the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Rooms are large and clean and it was a great stay and location.
