The hotel was beautiful .Stan at the reception was absolutely fantastic with any issues we had .which was changing our king room to a double toom as we ended up with an extra guest . Thank you Stan . We will definitly stay there again

I stayed here for 2 nights. It was a good experience but I have some critiques about the staff. I first arrived October 24 in the evening and spoke to the tall man at the front desk. He seemed very dismissive like he did not want to talk for too long. I didn’t not catch his name but I did catch Crystal. As soon as I walked in she was just staring at me, acting all cold. Did not greet me or acknowledge my presence. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a young black woman she may think I can’t afford a place like this on my own. She was very rude and has an ugly spirit. When I checked out October 26 at 7am, the Filipino guy was very sweet. He asked Crystal for some help. She looked very annoyed and had bad energy. She even laughed when I left, I’m not sure what her issue is. The staff should be kinder to people.

Excellent customer service! Friendly, and helpful staff. The hotel rooms were spacious and beautiful. The location was perfect. I highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely be staying here again!

This is a great boutique hotel in Calgary. The furnishing and decor is really unique, modern with warm color palette. Diamond member do get extra treat here which is really appreciated. The food at the restaurant is very impressive - it is Mexican style but done extremely authentic and that style even carry through the breakfast. Great staff, location. Highly recommend

Best hotel, honestly made my trip to Calgary amazing! The staff service is incredible and extremely accommodating! Great experience, room was clean, and neat, and love the design of the hotel overall.
