The hotel location is good making it easy to walk to Stephen Ave where the shops and restaurants. It is also in close proximity to Prince’s Island Park for a lovely evening walk. The hotel room is comfortable with good bedding. Staff are friendly and courteous. Free breakfast is based on ala carte menu. We enjoyed the sourdough avocado toast the most. Highly recommended for a stay in Calgary.

What a beautiful hidden GEM. All the reviews about the hotel are on point besides the service. I don’t know what it was with the 4 people at the front desk for the one night I stayed here on Nov 1st but I walked in and looked around for the service desk and they all looked at me and went back to their screens. I walked over gave my details and they checked me in without giving any details about my stay and the hotel, not even a “welcome to our hotel”. Gave me my room key and I had to ask for elevator direction. The restaurant was very nice. I called the front desk 3 times and different times of the day to ask for an Iron to Iron my shirt and no body would answer until my last try at 6PM. The person brought the iron and Iron board and Left it outside my door and didn’t bring it in. These are little things that is done at other hotels by Hilton I stay at. When I left this morning, as I was leaving not a single staff at the front desk even looked at me or say any greetings or good bye or thank you. It was a very weird vibe I got from the staff at the front desk. I would have given this hotel a 10/10 but their service or there lack of customer service is the reason for 1 star for the service Hotel highlights: Luxury

Fantastic hotel, very beautiful, clean, gives a very nice upscale vibe with demure energy. Parking is too expensive tho, let’s be honest, $40 per night, even Toronto isn’t that expensive. Rentals are around $40 a day, so parking should be more realistic,

Good: The style and decor felt like a home. The rooms are very spacious and the bathrooms are so beautiful and open. The beds and bedding are very comfortable. I will return!
