We’re delighted to announce that all of our in-room coffee is now provided by Detour Coffee Roasters!
Located in Toronto, Detour Coffee Roasters specializes in single-origin, blends, and instant coffee. Starting on Dundas Street back in 2009, they’ve perfected the art of creating a delicious and well-balanced cup of coffee. We’ve selected their delicious instant coffee – paired with our SMEG in-room kettles – to provide you with the best experience, every morning!
With handy brewing guides, Detour will also teach you how to make your perfect cuppa joe using your method of choice, whether it’s an Aeropress, pour-over, French press, or cold brew!
