Go Skating at Olympic Plaza

Built in ’88 for the Olympics, Olympic Plaza is a beautiful destination in the heart of downtown Calgary. Stroll amidst the light displays, grab a hot chocolate, and go skating – hand in hand! Skate rentals are available on-site for you and your loved one to dance under the stars.

Fonda Fora is our beautiful, contemporary Mexican restaurant right here inside the Westley. From breakfast to dinner, happy hour, and more, its bright and flavourful menu is sure to please, as is the casual and romantic atmosphere. The restaurant itself is situated entirely upon a spinning platform, which gently rotates its way around the tower once per hour, providing you unparalleled views of the city all the way out to the Rocky Mountains. Let’s do fondue! If you want to go where the locals go, Frenchie Wine Bar is another Calgary dining institution. Their farm-to-table approach is humble, diverse, and delectable. We recommend getting a reservation, and if you miss out, stop in to their sister restaurant next door UNA Pizza + Wine for some of the best pizza in the whole city!

Go Tubing at WinSport

If you’re looking for a thrilling Valentine’s Day experience, WinSport has you covered with its amazing downhill tubing experience! Be sure to book your tickets online beforehand, and get ready to have an absolute ball. If you’re more of a skier or snowboarder, you can rent all the gear you need on the hill to enjoy a great day on the hill, and be sure to check out their terrain park if you like big air!
